ALL IN A DAY'S WORK AT THE GHERKIN

The day we had an event at the Gherkin, I was visually blessed with 360 degree views of unexpectedly different yet beautiful outlooks.

Dark clouds loomed over London, like the scary scenes in Batman. It rained ever so gently and then gradually came to a pause without anyone's notice, the same way a child would sneak away to hide. The sun started peeking through the fierce clouds on my left without overbearing the rainbow it secretly formed on my right. Then the sun grew bold enough to warm the city, as if to say announce a promise of hope.

Night fell, and the magic of the city came to life. This is the London I have grown accustomed to.
